A number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or location.

An option that filters which queues and users appear in the Work Center. You must choose one of the following options: Address Number All queues and users associated with the address number will appear. Address Number is the default option. User All queues for the user's associated address number will appear. Role All queues for the role's associated address number will appear. All the Work Center's logic will run off of the assocated address number. Therefore, all users and roles must have an associated address number.
