A two-digit number that specifies the applicable year. If you leave this field blank, the program uses the system date.

The company number where the employee records generally reside.

An alphanumeric code that identifies a separate entity within a business for which you want to track costs. For example, a business unit 
might be a warehouse location, job, project, work center, branch, or plant. You can assign a business unit to a document, entity, or person for 
purposes of responsibility reporting. For example, the system provides reports of open accounts payable and accounts receivable by 
business unit to track equipment by responsible department. Business unit security might prevent you from viewing information about business units 
for which you have no authority.

A user defined code (06/UN) that represents the union or plan in which the employee or group of employees work or participate.

A user defined code (07/G) that defines the jobs within your organization. You can associate pay and benefit information with a job type and 
apply that information to the employees who are linked to that job type.

A user defined code (system 06, type HC) that designates the Statutory Holiday defined.

The date of the holiday.

The number of hours associated with each transaction.

The user defined code (system 06, type HT) that designates the type of holiday defined.  Codes are:    C Company designated holiday    N 
National holiday

A user defined code list 00/CN that indicates the country in which the employee resides.

The user defined code (system 06, type HE) that identifies the eligibility rules pertaining to the holiday.

A lump sum amount, an adjustment amount, or an amount that represents an employee's gross pay. This amount temporarily overrides any 
pay calculation that the system normally performs.

A code that defines the type of pay, deduction, benefit, or accrual. Pay types are numbered from 1 to 999. Deductions and benefits are 
numbered from 1000 to 9999.

A code that specifies how an employee is paid. Valid codes are: H Hourly S Salaried P Piecework

A user defined code (07/GS) that designates a specific level within a particular job type. The system uses this code in conjunction with job 
type to determine pay rates by job in the Pay Rates table.

A flag which identifies whether these Holiday hours are to be automatically generated as part of the Automatic Timecard Generation 
program.

The Data Field Error Code field is simply a generic data field to pass an error condition flag.  This field is one of the fields that make up the 
external parameter data structure of the Data Dictionary Server.
