GetEPMConstants

A code that identifies a specific organization, fund, or other reporting entity. The company code must already exist in the Company 
Constants table (F0010) and must identify a reporting entity that has a complete balance sheet. At this level, you can have intercompany 
transactions. Note: You can use company 00000 for default values such as dates and automatic accounting instructions. You cannot use company 00000 
for transaction entries.

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

This is the default number of years to create billing records for a payment or accounting profile. This is retrieved and displayed for change 
when creating a lease. The minimum value is 1.

This value indicates if the move out date of the lease is given free to the tenant.

This value indicates how credits are to be calculated. A Credit & Re-Invoice (CR) will credit a complete invoice and then re-invoice for the 
desired period.  A Net Credit (NC) will credit only the period that credit is to be applied to. Valid values are found in UDC 74U/CM.

A value that indicates where the Property Number is to be retrieved from in Purchasing.  Valid values are found in UDC 74U/PN.

This value indicates whether a hard or soft error message is displayed when VAT is overridden within EPM.

This value indicates whether or not tax codes for interest are allowed to be overridden. If checked, the tax codes can never be overridden 
and will always be set to be exempt from VAT as defined in the Additional Company Constants table (F74U0201). If unchecked, the tax codes 
may be overridden if required. If not overridden to an available tax code, they will be set to be exempt from VAT.

A value that indicates whether tax codes are required or optional for the buildings or units.

A code used for residential billing.

The code used for commercial billing.

A value that indicates whether unit accounting is implemented or not. Currently, it is only possible to use the sub ledger field.

This flag allows the dates for the interest table to be changed.

A user defined code that specifies the Accounting Journal Method to be used to create journals.  The following methods are defined by J.D. 
Edwards and should not be changed: 4 Uses a '445' period of weeks. D Creates daily journals. P Creates periodic journals.

If selected, an accounting profile will be created in weekly increments in addition to the period accounting profile.

For the Additional Company Constants program (P74U0201), this value indicates if the calculated remainder (balancing difference) for fixed 
payments can be distributed or not. This only applies to lease terms greater than a year. For the Payment Balance Allocation program 
(P74U0206), this value indicates whether balance differences can be allocated entirely to the first lease payment or entirely to the final lease 
payment.  It can also indicate if the payments can be split on a percentage basis between the first and last payments.  For example, if 65% of the 
balancing difference was allocated to the first payment, then 35% would be allocated to the final payment.
