CISAddressBookNumberValidation

A number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or 
location.

This option determines the error that occurs when you enter a voucher for a CIS subcontractor for whom no registration card or tax certificate 
exists in the system. If you select this option, you receive a hard error on voucher entry and cannot create the voucher. If you leave this 
option blank, you receive a warning on voucher entry but can create the voucher. Note: Voucher input includes Voucher Entry (P0411), Speed 
Voucher Entry (P0411SV) and Voucher Match (P4314).

invalid or has expired. If you select this option, you receive a hard error on voucher entry and cannot create the voucher. If you leave this option

valid registration card. If you select this option, you receive a hard error on voucher entry and cannot create the voucher. If you leave this

Voucher Entry (P0411SV), and Voucher Match (P4314).

an invalid start date. If you select this option, you receive a hard error on voucher entry and cannot create the voucher. If you leave this option

Speed Voucher Entry (P0411SV) and Voucher Match (P4314).

A code that indicates whether a CIS24 tax payment voucher has been returned for the payment. Valid values are: 0 The CIS24 voucher has 
not been returned. 1 The CIS24 voucher has been returned.

A code that indicates whether the line item is subject to withholding tax.  Valid values are: 0 The line is not subject to withholding tax. 1 The line 
is subject to withholding tax.

The 8-digit subcontractor's U.K. Company Registration number.

A 13-digit CIS subcontractor's registration card or tax certificate number. This number is issued by the Inland Revenue and provides a 
unique CIS document reference number.

The type of CIS document held by a subcontractor. CIS documents allow subcontractors to carry out construction work within the 
Construction Industry Scheme.  Typical CIS document types include the following: CIS4P Permanent Registration Card (CIS4)   CIS4T Temporary 
Registration Card (CIS4)   CIS6 Subcontractors Tax Certificate (CIS6)   CIS5 Construction Tax Certificate (CIS5)

A subcontractor's U.K. National Insurance number. The format is xxyyyyyyx, where x represents a letter and y represents a number.

The address book number of the card or certificate holder for whom the authorized user is acting. Both the authorized user and 
subcontractor must be set up as subcontractors in the Address Book.

The address book number of the subcontracting company. The "Trading As" name is printed on CIS documents.
