The processing mode used in Purchase Order Consolidator to signify when specific orders are being processed.

Indicates the depot from which a trip originates. The Trip Depot and the Trip Number fields identify the unique combination of vehicle, 
registration number, load date, and shift.

The Form ID refers to the report (R), form (V), or table number (F).

Second Forms ID.  Used as the forms type for Document Distribution.

Identifies whether prenumbered forms are used for this document. Valid values are:        Y  Yes, document print control is required because 
prenumbered forms are used.        N  No, document print control is not required. You may also use a 1 for Y  and 0 for N.

The number of pages needed to align the document on the printer. When documents are printed, the next form number is automatically 
incremented so that the system's internal print numbering is synchronized with the form number of the first "real" form.

Determines the source of the document next number. Valid values are:    C Company    D Depot    S Sales Region

A code that identifies a specific organization, fund, or other reporting entity. The company code must already exist in the Company 
Constants table (F0010) and must identify a reporting entity that has a complete balance sheet. At this level, you can have intercompany 
transactions. Note: You can use company 00000 for default values such as dates and automatic accounting instructions. You cannot use company 00000 
for transaction entries.

A business unit is an accounting entity required for management reporting. It can be a profit center, department, warehouse location, job, 
project, work center, branch/plant, and so forth. This business unit is from the business unit entered on the header of a sales/purchase order for 
reporting purposes. This data is always right justified on entry (for example, CO123 would appear as _______CO123).  A security mechanism 
has been provided to inhibit users from entering or locating business units outside the scope of their authority.

An alphanumeric code that identifies a separate entity within a business for which you want to track costs. For example, a business unit 
might be a warehouse location, job, project, work center, branch, or plant. You can assign a business unit to a document, entity, or person for 
purposes of responsibility reporting. For example, the system provides reports of open accounts payable and accounts receivable by 
business unit to track equipment by responsible department. Business unit security might prevent you from viewing information about business units 
for which you have no authority.

The code that identifies a user profile.

The number that identifies the batch or interactive program (batch or interactive object). For example, the number of the Sales Order Entry 
interactive program is P4210, and the number of the Print Invoices batch process report is R42565. The program ID is a variable length value. 
It is assigned according to a structured syntax in the form TSSXXX, where: T The first character of the number is alphabetic and identifies the 
type, such as P for Program, R for Report, and so on. For example, the value P in the number P4210 indicates that the object is a 
program. SS The second and third characters of the number are numeric and identify the system code. For example, the value 42 in the number P4210 
indicates that this program belongs to system 42, which is the Sales Order Processing system. XXX The remaining characters of the numer are 
numeric and identify a unique program or report. For example, the value 10 in the number P4210 indicates that this is the Sales Order Entry 
program.

The code that identifies the work station ID that executed a particular job.

The date that specifies the last update to the file record.

The computer clock in hours:minutes:seconds.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

A flag indicating whether or not runtime error messaging will occur when an error message is issued from a business function.        0 = allow 
runtime error message handling.        1 = suppress runtime error message handling.

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.
