The processing mode used in Purchase Order Consolidator to signify when specific orders are being processed.

The name that identifies a system object. J.D. Edwards ERP architecture is object-based. Discrete software objects are the building blocks 
for all applications, and developers can reuse the objects in multiple applications. The Object Librarian tracks each object. Examples of

A key that uniquely identifies a record in the generic text database.

A user defined code (01/LP) that specifies the language to use on forms and printed reports. Before you specify a language, a code for that 
language must exist at either the system level or in your user preferences.

A data structure that stores the processing options for printing generic text information.

The address book number of the user who created this record.

Date - Entered.

Program execution time of creation of this record.

The IBM defined user identification. Used where a second User ID is required (in addition to USER), such as the Financial Reporting 
Merge file (F1011) where field name is duplicated.

The date that specifies the last update to the file record.

The computer clock in hours:minutes:seconds.

The date when a transaction, contract, obligation, preference, or policy rule becomes effective.

The date on which a transaction, text message, agreement, obligation, or preference has expired or been completed.

A one-character code indicating whether the print message/item note text prints before or after the detail line on the order.  The default is for 
the text to print after the detail line.

A y/n flag that identifies a generic text record as a generic text template.

A y/n flag that indicates that the generic text data is stored in a file.

Used in Media Object processing to store the physical length of the TEXT that was entered by the user.

Used in Media Object processing to store the physical length of the Image objects that were entered by the user.

Used in Media Object processing to store the physical length of the OLE object that was entered by the user.

Used in Media Object processing to store the physical length of the Misc Objects that were entered by the user.

Used in Media Object processing to store the physical length of a Future object as entered by the user.

Variable Record length column to store Media Object information

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

A flag indicating whether or not runtime error messaging will occur when an error message is issued from a business function.        0 = allow 
runtime error message handling.        1 = suppress runtime error message handling.
