The processing mode used in Purchase Order Consolidator to signify when specific orders are being processed.

A code which controls how a load is handled by the load building and confirmation processes.  Load types are defined in the load type 
table.

Indicates whether this vehicle uses a weight or a volume device to control and measure the loading of product to its compartments. Valid 
values are:    V Indicates the measurement method is by volume.    W Indicates the measurement method is by weight.    T Indicates the 
measurement method is based on the transcation (OneWorld only).    S Indicates the measurement method is by volume at standard. Used during 
Bulk Load and Delivery Confirmation or when bulk load and delivery confirmation is performed in one step. A bulk vehicle can have a V, or W 
dispatch type. A packed vehicle can only have a W dispatch type.

A code that identifies whether in-transit inventory is being tracked in advanced transportation. Valid codes are:    0   Do not track in-transit 
inventory at load confirmation    1   Track in-transit inventory at load confirmation 

A 1 in this field indicates that this load is a milk run.  Actual ship to addresses, items, and quantities will be entered during deliver confirm.

A blank indicates that the load should be confirmed as scheduled.  A 1 indicates that bulk items should be load confirmed using actual 
quantities regardless of tolerance.

This field only applies to bulk items and only if the Load Confirm of Actuals field is non-blank.   o  blank indicates that the system will not 
adjust order lines at load confirm time when the load confirming actuals.   o  1       in this field indicates that the order lines should be adjusted at 
load confirm time when actual load quantity is different than scheduled.

A blank in this field indicates that all shipment routing steps on the load must have the same origin.  A 1 in this field indicates that multiple 
pickup points are allowed on the load.

A 1 in this field indicates that compartment level assignment is required for the load.  A blank indicates that compartment level assignment 
is not allowed.

A 1 in this field indicates that before a load for a vehicle is confirmed,the prior load for that vehicle must be completely deliver confirmed 
and any product remaining on board the vehicle must be dispositioned.  A blank in this field indicates that a load for a vehicle can be load 
confirmed regardless of whether in-transit inventory for the last load has been dispositioned.

A 1 in this field indicates that a load can be load confirmed even if the prior load left product on board.   A blank in this field indicates that the 
vehicle must be empty before the load can be confirmed.

A 1 in this field indicates that product remaining on board after deliveries are completed can be dispositioned as left on board for use on 
the next load. A blank in this field indicates that product remaining on board must be returned to inventory, charged to another customer, or 
recorded as a gain.

This field is used to indicate at what level cardex entries are written during the load confirm.  Records can be written at the load, product or 
order line level.  How this is done is also impacted by left-on-board and return to inventory dispositions.

This field indicates the level that quality information should be entered for a compartmentalized load. Valid values are:    Blank Quality 
information is not processed for this load type.    1       Quality information is entered at the compartment level.    2       Quality information is entered at 
the order line level.

This field indicates if Load Confirmation should call Purchase Order Receipts for an inbound shipment with a source of order P. Valid 
values are:    Blank Purchase Order Receipts is not called.    1        The system calls Purchase Order Receipts at Load Confirmation.

This field indicates if Deliver Confirmation should call Purchase Order Receipt Routing for an inbound shipment tracking in-transit inventory. 
Valid values are:    Blank Do not call Purchase Order Receipt Routing    1       The system calls Purchase Order Receipt Routing.

The code that identifies a user profile.

The number that identifies the batch or interactive program (batch or interactive object). For example, the number of the Sales Order Entry 
interactive program is P4210, and the number of the Print Invoices batch process report is R42565. The program ID is a variable length value. 
It is assigned according to a structured syntax in the form TSSXXX, where: T The first character of the number is alphabetic and identifies the 
type, such as P for Program, R for Report, and so on. For example, the value P in the number P4210 indicates that the object is a 
program. SS The second and third characters of the number are numeric and identify the system code. For example, the value 42 in the number P4210 
indicates that this program belongs to system 42, which is the Sales Order Processing system. XXX The remaining characters of the numer are 
numeric and identify a unique program or report. For example, the value 10 in the number P4210 indicates that this is the Sales Order Entry 
program.

The code that identifies the work station ID that executed a particular job.

The date that specifies the last update to the file record.

The computer clock in hours:minutes:seconds.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

A flag indicating whether or not runtime error messaging will occur when an error message is issued from a business function.        0 = allow 
runtime error message handling.        1 = suppress runtime error message handling.

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.
