An alphanumeric code that identifies a separate entity within a business for which you want to track costs. For example, a business unit 
might be a warehouse location, job, project, work center, branch, or plant. You can assign a business unit to a document, entity, or person for 
purposes of responsibility reporting. For example, the system provides reports of open accounts payable and accounts receivable by 
business unit to track equipment by responsible department. Business unit security might prevent you from viewing information about business units 
for which you have no authority.

A code that specifies how an order line should be consolidated. Valid values are: Blank or 0 Transactional consolidation. Order lines 
entered or modified together will be placed on the same shipment. 1 Multiple order shipment. Order lines from multiple orders will be consolidated 
onto a shipment. 2 Single order shipment. Order lines will be consolidated only onto shipments already containing lines from that order.  3 No 
consolidation. Each order line will be placed on its own shipment. 

The National Motor Freight Classification which is assigned according to the freight commodity code.

This is the Alias from the Address Book table that is stored in the Shipment Category 1 column.

This is the Alias from the Address Book table that is stored in the Shipment Category 2 column.

This is the Alias from the Address Book table that is stored in the Shipment Category 3 column.

The unit of measure that indicates the weight of an individual item. Typical weight units of measure are:    GM Gram    OZ Ounce    LB Pound    
KG Kilogram    CW Hundredweight    TN Ton 

A user defined code (00/UM) that identifies the unit of measure that the system uses to indicate volume for this item. You can specify cubes, 
liters, gallons, and so on, as volume standards. The system uses this unit of measure for the item or overrides it for an individual item or 
container.

The unit of measure for the cubic space occupied by an inventory item. Typical volume unit of measures are:    ML Milliliter    OZ Fluid Ounce   
 PT Pint    LT Liter    CF Cubic Foot    CM Cubic Meter    CY Cubic Yard 

The width, height, or length unit of measure for a vehicle.

A user defined code (42/FR) designating the method by which supplier shipments are delivered. For example, the supplier could deliver to 
your dock, or you could pick up the shipment at the supplier's dock. You can also use these codes to indicate who has responsibility for 
freight charges. For example, you can have a code indicating that the customer legally takes possession of goods as soon as they leave the 
supplier warehouse and is responsible for transportation charges to the destination.

The status at and beyond which order lines will not be automatically added to shipments and shipments will not be automatically re-routed.

The percent by which the confirmed weight of the shipment can vary from the actual weight stored in the shipment when the shipment is 
confirmed.  If the variance is exceeded, a warning or error message will be displayed when the shipment is confirmed.

The minimum number of characters used in routing entries when entering a postal code.

This field is used to specify which related address book number contains the bill to address for freight.  If the related address book number 
contains no value, the address book number for the depot will be used to obtain the billing address.

This column is used to specify the type of text which stores the URL for carriers who provide a shipment tracking function on the Internet.

This flag specifies whether the sytem should perform an item level compatibility check.  If so, the system will not place two items which are 
incompatible on the same shipment.

A code which is used to specify whether compatibility of items is based on dispatch group.  If it is, two items with a different dispatch group 
will not be placed on the same load or shipment.

This flag indicates whether Fixed Assets interface is on for Load and Delivery Management vehicles or for Bulk Inventory tanks. Valid 
values are:        Y or 1 - The interface is active         N or 0 or blank - The interface is not active

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

A code which is used to specify whether compatibility of items is based on commodity class.  If it is, two items with a different commodity 
class will not be placed on the same load or shipment.

The source of the distance for a delivery. The source could be a preference,carrier agreement, entered by the user, or retrieved from a 
mileage system.

This is the status at and beyond which a shipment is considered to be confirmed.  The system will not adjust a shipment which has been 
confirmed even if quantities on the underlying order have been changed.

Identifies the status of a load which indicates that the load has been approved.

A code that indicates the confirmed status of a load.

This identifies the origin depot for a shipment or a load.

This flag identifies the shipment detail field that determines a rate when the charge is applied at the shipment detail level. You can specify 
one of the following fields:     o Freight Classification Code     o Dispatch Group     o Freight Category 1     o Freight Category 2 

The status of a shipment when the shipment is pending approval.

The status of a shipment when the shipment is being held.

The maximum weight of a shipment piece.

The maximum cubic volume of a shipment piece.

The Yes or No Entry field is a single character entry field for yes or no responses on prompt screens.

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

The job number (work station ID) which executed the particular job.
