A unique identification number for a vehicle. This number serves as a primary identifier for a vehicle.

Identifies the address book number for the staff member.

A code that specifies whether a value is required. The default is blank. Valid values are:        Y  This value is required to be valid.        N  This 
value is not required. You may also use 1 for Y and 0 for N. Example: In the vehicle status file if a required status is Y, then the vehicle will be 
unavailable during the specified time period. In the vehicle license or staff license files, if a required status is Y, then the license must be in 
force for this vehicle to be operated, or the staff to be able to perform his or her job.

Identifies the identification number that appears on the license, permit, or certificate.

A number that indicates the type of authorization or document required, for example, general driving license, safety training certification, 
yard access, and loading rack access.

Identifies the agency responsible for issuing this license. This is an address book number, which allows for a telephone number and 
address information.

A user defined code (00/CN) that identifies a country. The country code has no effect on currency conversion. The Address Book system 
uses the country code for data selection and address formatting.

The date when a transaction, contract, obligation, preference, or policy rule becomes effective.

The date on which a transaction, text message, agreement, obligation, or preference has expired or been completed.

A user defined code that you assign to each print message. Examples of text used in messages are engineering specifications, hours of 
operation during holiday periods, and special delivery instructions.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

If you specify a print message, you can select the method of communication for this message. You can choose to print message on
