F44H592_Derive_Extended_Data_Amt

A value that specifies a standard template for booking the closing entries of a sale. The template is assigned at the community level. At 
escrow closing, the system compiles a closing worksheet based on the specifications of the template assigned and the lot information 
available in the Sales Master, Selected Options and Extended Data.

A value that specifies a line item on the closing worksheet template. This field updates the Closing Worksheet Accounting Instructions table 
(F44H590). The Closing Worksheet Data Mapping table (F44H599) is used to map the data entered in the system to the corresponding 
closing worksheet line item.

A value that specifies a community, project, or subdivision. A community is a distinct grouping of lots which can be grouped together 
through user-defined specifications, for example, product offering, geography, and so on. A subset of the builder's plans and options are typically 
included within a community.

A number that identifies the amount that the system will add to the account balance of the associated account number.  Enter credits with a 
minus sign (-) either before or after the amount. 

A code that indicates the order in which a lot sells within a community.

The specific lot upon which the home will be constructed.
