through user-defined specifications, for example, product offering, geography, and so on. A subset of the builder's plans and options are typically 
included within a community.

for an oversized or particularly favorable lot. This value can be a negative amount. Enter the amount on the Lot Master. The amount is copied 
to the Sales Master table (F44H501) when the lot is released for sale.

Lot premium previous is manually entered into the Lot Master file when a change is made to the Lot Premium field.
