GetHBVendorItemPrice

A component, typically a company division or geographic region, that is larger than a community. Large homebuilders might have many 
areas within their organizational structure. Smaller, regional builders might operate their entire organization using a single area.

An inventory item number. The system provides three separate item numbers plus an extensive cross-reference capability to other item 
numbers (see data item XRT) to accommodate substitute item numbers, replacements, bar codes, customer numbers, supplier numbers, and 
so forth. The item numbers are as follows:   o Item Number (short) - An eight-digit, computer-assigned item number     o 2nd Item Number - The 
25-digit, free-form, user defined alphanumeric item number     o 3rd Item Number - Another 25-digit, free-form, user defined alphanumeric item 
number

A number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or 
location.

A value that specifies a community, project, or subdivision. A community is a distinct grouping of lots which can be grouped together 
through user-defined specifications, for example, product offering, geography, and so on. A subset of the builder's plans and options are typically 
included within a community.

A code that indicates the number of a specific phase within a community.

Event point for JDE Date.

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

A code (table 00/UM) that identifies the unit of measure in which you usually purchase the item.

The list or base price to be charged for one unit of this item. In sales order entry, all prices must be set up in the Item Base Price File table 
(F4106).

Used to Calulate the commitment amount of a Takeoff contract.

The rate of retainage (referred to as holdback in some countries) that applies to the contract. This rate is a percentage of each payment. It 
is expressed as a decimal fraction. For example, a retainage rate of 10% is expressed as 10. The retainage rate cannot be greater than 
99.9% (.999) or less than zero.

Program P445906 will calculate this amount and record it in the Takeoff Price file.

A code that indicates whether the item is subject to sales tax when you purchase it. The system calculates tax on the item only if the supplier 
is also taxable.

A code that identifies a tax or geographic area that has common tax rates and tax authorities. The system validates the code you enter 
against the Tax Areas table (F4008). The system uses the tax rate area in conjunction with the tax explanation code and tax rules to calculate tax 
and G/L distribution amounts when you create an invoice or voucher.

A hard-coded user defined code (00/EX) that controls the algorithm that the system uses to calculate tax and G/L distribution amounts. The 
system uses the tax explanation code in conjunction with the tax rate area and tax rules to determine how the tax is calculated. Each 
transaction pay item can be defined with a different tax explanation code.

Takeoff Pricing information field.

A code used to specify lead time on the item price record.

Effective Construction Sequence number. Used to determine if a contract price is valid.

Expiration Construction Sequence Number. This field is used to determine if a bid or takeoff contract price is valid.

Takeoff Pricing information field.

A field that allows certain item calculations to be bypassed in the Lot Proceed Post program (P445098).

Total amount of the discount.

Used to determine if a discount is taken. If the ordered quantity is greater than or equal to this quantity then the discount can be taken.

Used in the Takeoff system to determine if model pricing is to occur.

Used in the Takeoff system to determine the actual contract price.
