A system-generated Next Number sequence that will be used to uniquely identify a Virtual Barrel Tank. 

A VBT Detail Line number that uniquely identifies a record in the VBT Detail Table.

The volume of the material (wine, juice, must) that will be stored in the VBT.

Number of Barrels in a VBT.

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

The unit of measure in which the VBT will store the material (wine, juice, must).

A user-defined value that indicates the current use of a wine barrel.

A user-defined value indicating the availability status of a barrel.

A user-defined value indicating a particular  type or class of barrel.

A string that uniquely identifies an individual barrel (or collection of barrels). This is a string comprised of 3 segments. The length of 
segment 1 (as string) is user defined at implementation.  Segment 2 will consist of the current year. The length of segment 3 (a number) is also user 
defined at implementation. 

An alphanumeric code that identifies a separate entity within a business for which you want to track costs. For example, a business unit 
might be a warehouse location, job, project, work center, branch, or plant. You can assign a business unit to a document, entity, or person for 
purposes of responsibility reporting. For example, the system provides reports of open accounts payable and accounts receivable by 
business unit to track equipment by responsible department. Business unit security might prevent you from viewing information about business units 
for which you have no authority.
