An alphanumeric code that identifies a separate entity within a business for which you want to track costs. For example, a business unit 
might be a warehouse location, job, project, work center, branch, or plant. You can assign a business unit to a document, entity, or person for 
purposes of responsibility reporting. For example, the system provides reports of open accounts payable and accounts receivable by 
business unit to track equipment by responsible department. Business unit security might prevent you from viewing information about business units 
for which you have no authority.

A user defined name or remark.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

The number which the system will use next for automatically assigning numbers. Next numbers can be used for many types of documents 
including voucher numbers, invoice numbers, journal entry numbers, employee numbers, address numbers and so on.  You must adhere to 
the next numbers that have been preestablished, unless custom programming has been provided.

The System Date field is used by the Report Design Aid to provide the description to the DATE keyword for externally defined report files.  
This field must NEVER be removed from the Data Dictionary.

A value indicating the method used for tracking barrels.  Values are: U Unique.  Each barrel will have a unique ID number that will uniquely 
identify it. This assumes a quantity of one.   C Collection.  Barrels share similar attributes, but barrels are not identified uniquely. At the time of 
receipt, barrel attributes representative of the entire collection are stored along with the quantity of barrels associated with a particular collection.
