1.Functional Description
This function is used to validate the assignee if in the queue based on the processing option set up for Customer Call MBF Processing Options
(P1700140).
1.1Purpose
This function validate the assignee if is in the queue.
1.2Setup Notes and Prerequisites
A processing options needs to be added to your application to input the Queue number, Assignee number, Structure Type and Call Entry Version. If
Call Entry Version is not passed in, ZJDE0001 will be used.
