1.Functional Description

1.1Purpose
This function is deleting associated  information of an asset that has been deleted from the 1201.  
The function will use the asset number to search through files 1202, 1204, 1207, 1212, 1217 and 1307 
and remove any existing information.  The 1210 records will be deleted by retrieving the Next Number 
Value from the 1204 record prior to deleting it.

The one parameter is required.
