A code that specifies the type of cost object and the type of editing. Valid types are stored in the Cost Object Types table (F1620) and can 
be added or modified using the Cost Object Types program (P1620).

A user defined name or remark.

A user defined code (16/ER) that specifies how the system edits or formats a cost object. Valid values are: E The system will verify whether 
the value entered by the user in the Cost Object field exists in the table specifed in the Based on Table field on the Cost Object Entry 
form. T The system will first verify whether the value entered in the Cost Object field exists in the table specifed in the Based on Table field on the Cost 
Object Entry form. Then the system will take the value specified in the Data Item field on the Cost Object Entry form and compare this value to 
that entered by the user. U The system will verify against a UDC table specified by the user. A The system does not verify. It left justifies alpha 
field. R The system does not verify. It right justifies alpha field. N The system does not verify. It fills the numeric field with zeros. C The system 
does not verify. It fills the alpha field with blanks.

The number of a specific table. For example, the Account Master table name is F0901. See the Standards Manual on the programmers' 
menu for naming conventions.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

A user defined code (00/VA) that indicates the relationship between the ranges of variances that you display. Valid values are: EQ  Equal 
to LT  Less than LE  Less than or equal to GT  Greater than GE  Greater than or equal to NE  Not equal to NL  Not less than NG  Not greater than CT 
Contains (only allowed in selection for Open Query File function) CU  Same as "CT" but converts all input data to uppercase letters

Payable 09 General Accounting 11 Multicurrency

A code that identifies the table that contains user defined codes. The table is also referred to as a UDC type.

The code that identifies a user profile.

The number that identifies the batch or interactive program (batch or interactive object). For example, the number of the Sales Order Entry 
interactive program is P4210, and the number of the Print Invoices batch process report is R42565. The program ID is a variable length value. 
It is assigned according to a structured syntax in the form TSSXXX, where: T The first character of the number is alphabetic and identifies the 
type, such as P for Program, R for Report, and so on. For example, the value P in the number P4210 indicates that the object is a 
program. SS The second and third characters of the number are numeric and identify the system code. For example, the value 42 in the number P4210 
indicates that this program belongs to system 42, which is the Sales Order Processing system. XXX The remaining characters of the numer are 
numeric and identify a unique program or report. For example, the value 10 in the number P4210 indicates that this is the Sales Order Entry 
program.

The date that specifies the last update to the file record.

The time that specifies when the program executed the last update to this record.

The code that identifies the work station ID that executed a particular job.
