A user defined code (15/LT) that identifies the type of lease for billing and reporting purposes. Examples include:   o  AP - Apartment   o  CO - 
Commercial Office   o  RT - Retail Store   o  SB - Sublease

A user defined code (00/MC) that identifies the classification of the business unit.

A user defined code (15/UT) that identifies the type of unit for billing and reporting purposes. Examples include:   o  OFFCE - Office space   o  
RSALE - Retail space   o  RESTR - Restaurant   o  CONDO - Condominium 

The system uses this code to reconcile the total area of the group to the total area of the floor. If you leave this field blank, the system 
automatically uses FLOR. A processing option in this program controls what kind of floor the screen displays, based on the grouping code.

An alphanumeric code that identifies a separate entity within a business for which you want to track costs. For example, a business unit 
might be a warehouse location, job, project, work center, branch, or plant. You can assign a business unit to a document, entity, or person for 
purposes of responsibility reporting. For example, the system provides reports of open accounts payable and accounts receivable by 
business unit to track equipment by responsible department. Business unit security might prevent you from viewing information about business units 
for which you have no authority.

The number that identifies the floor on which the unit exists. This is an alphanumeric user defined code (system 15, type FL), such as 1 for 
first floor, LL for lower level, and so on.

The number that identifies the actual space within a building that is or can be leased, such as an apartment, office, retail space, parking 
space, and so on.

A number that identifies an original document. This document can be a voucher, a sales order, an invoice, unapplied cash, a journal entry, 
and so on.

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

When you assign FLOR to the Grouping Code field, the system supplies the floor number from the Floor Number field to this field. For 
relationships other than the physical floor, you must type the information in this field.

A number that represents the version of the lease. To maintain an audit trail of the changes that you make to a lease, you can generate a 
new lease version.
