The equipment category code that defines the valid types of data for supplemental data. If you define a specific equipment category code in your constants, you can set up valid types of data for specific category codes. You can limit the types of data displayed on the Supplemental Data Profile Entry screen based on the values you specify for the category code of an item.

A number that specifies on which page the asset number or category code should appear on the specification sheets. The Specification Data table (F1216) contains only 32 fields per page. If a particular class of equipment requires more than 32 fields to store static data, you must create a new page number.

A user defined code (01/LP) that specifies the language to use on forms and printed reports. Before you specify a language, a code for that language must exist at either the system level or in your user preferences.

A code that specifies whether a value is required. Valid values are: Y or 1 This value is required to be valid. N or 0 This value is not required. This is the default.
