A number that uniquely identifies the task. The system generates this number using next numbers.

A code that represents the primary category or classification of an employee setup task. Define the valid values in user defined code list 
08/T1.

A code that represents the classification of the current task. The system uses this code to further define the task.

An alphnumeric description of the employee setup task.

A code that specifies the rank of tasks within a task type. You rank tasks to restrict users from changing the subclass of a task to a subclass 
with a higher rank.

A value that represents the number of location category codes you need to know to accomplish the current setup task. For example, to 
install a telephone you might need to know the first four location codes (state, city, building, and office number). To set up a computer account, 
you might need to know only the first two location codes (state and city).

The date that specifies the last update to the file record.

The code that identifies a user profile.

The code that identifies the work station ID that executed a particular job.

The number that identifies the batch or interactive program (batch or interactive object). For example, the number of the Sales Order Entry 
interactive program is P4210, and the number of the Print Invoices batch process report is R42565. The program ID is a variable length value. 
It is assigned according to a structured syntax in the form TSSXXX, where: T The first character of the number is alphabetic and identifies the 
type, such as P for Program, R for Report, and so on. For example, the value P in the number P4210 indicates that the object is a 
program. SS The second and third characters of the number are numeric and identify the system code. For example, the value 42 in the number P4210 
indicates that this program belongs to system 42, which is the Sales Order Processing system. XXX The remaining characters of the numer are 
numeric and identify a unique program or report. For example, the value 10 in the number P4210 indicates that this is the Sales Order Entry 
program.

This field contians the status that the Employee Setup record or the Employee Setup Task record will be changed to when the process or 
task has completed. The ending status can be used to determine if a process or task should be purged or not.

This field is used to store the name of the application associated with a task. This application will provide a place for the user to enter 
specific information necessary to complete the setup task.

A code that specifies whether an approval is required for this task. Valid values are: Y An approval is required for this task. N An approval is 
not required for this task.

This field contains the address book number of the owner of the setup task. This person is responsible for the task and will receive 
approval messages in the event that a task approver has not been entered on a task that requires an approval or the task approver has not 
responded to an approval request.

A user defined name or remark.

A code that the system uses to determine the type of work order; based on the value in the Order Type field.  Values are: 01 Unrelated to 
work order 02 Manufacturing work order 03 Manufacturing rework work order 04 Equipment work order 05 Service work order 06 Warranty claim 
order 07 Supplier recovery order 08 Engineering change order 09 Engineering change request order 10  Property Management order 11 Engineer to 
Order summary order 12 Rate schedule order
