A user defined code (07/G) that defines the jobs within your organization. You can associate pay and benefit information with a job type and 
apply that information to the employees who are linked to that job type.

A user defined code (07/GS) that designates a specific level within a particular job type. The system uses this code in conjunction with job 
type to determine pay rates by job in the Pay Rates table.

A number that uniquely identifies the task. The system generates this number using next numbers.

A code that specifies whether the hiring manager can change the selected default setup task. When you check this box, the following must 
be true:     o Every employee who matches the current job type and step and location must have this default setup task.     o Only a human 
resources administrator can change the task details.

A code that the system uses to determine the type of work order; based on the value in the Order Type field.  Values are: 01 Unrelated to 
work order 02 Manufacturing work order 03 Manufacturing rework work order 04 Equipment work order 05 Service work order 06 Warranty claim 
order 07 Supplier recovery order 08 Engineering change order 09 Engineering change request order 10  Property Management order 11 Engineer to 
Order summary order 12 Rate schedule order
