A number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or 
location.

The first name of an individual. This field is informational only.

The middle name or initial of an individual. This field is informational only. The name  does not appear on any reports.

The last name of an individual. This field is informational only.

A value you assign to each year-end workfile build. The ID must be unique within each calendar year or information can be overwritten and 
lost. The year-end ID identifies a group of records to be processed for year-end purposes. The year-end ID can also be used to identify 
records for a particular company if the workfile build for that particular ID included employees from only one company.

A two-digit number that specifies the applicable year. If you leave this field blank, the program uses the system date.

A number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or

A number without the prefix or special characters, such as hyphens or periods, that makes up the telephone number for an entity. You can 
use any applicable telephone number format for a country. This field is used in conjunction with the Prefix field (AR1), where you enter the first 
segment of the telephone number, which is called the area code in the United States. When you search for an address using a phone 
number, you must enter the number exactly as it is set up in the Address Book system, including any special characters.

The prefix for telephone number 3. The default format for the Phone Prefix data dictionary item is set to the United States prefix (area code). 
This format is three characters enclosed in parentheses. For example, (303). If you require an alternate format to accommodate a non-United 
States prefix, you must change the data display rules in the data dictionary.

A free-form telephone number without the prefix or special characters, such as hyphens or periods. You can use any applicable telephone 
number format for a country. You use this field in conjunction with the Phone Prefix field (AR2),where you enter the prefix. When you search for 
an address using the phone number, you must enter the number exactly as it was set up in the Address Book system. You can also use this 
field for electronic mail addresses (for release A8.1 only). If you enter an electronic mail address, it must be paired with phone type I.

The company or person to whom billing or correspondence is addressed.

The text that names or describes an address. This 40-character alphabetic field appears on a number of forms and reports. You can enter 
dashes, commas, and other special characters, but the system cannot search on them when you use this field to search for a name.
