CheckForPayrollLockout

A number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or 
location.

A field that determines if the employee is locked to a pre-payroll. Valid codes are:    Blank   The employee is included in a pre-payroll but 
has no active time entry records. This occurs when a payroll is run that has a specific pay cycle group code, and the employee falls under the 
group code but has no time entry records for the pay period start and pay period end dates of the payroll.    Y         The employee is included 
in a pre-payroll.

A code that identifies a group of employees for whom you are processing payroll. Use this ID to process each step of the payroll 
cycle. This code is also used to identify the interim ID that you select when you enter interim payments.

The code that identifies a user profile.

The date that an address, item, transaction, or table record becomes active.  The meaning of this field differs, depending on the program.  
For example, the effective date could represent the following:    o When a change of address becomes effective.   o When a lease becomes 
effective.   o When a price becomes effective.   o When the currency exchange rate becomes effective.   o When a tax rate becomes effective. 

The date on which the item, transaction, or table becomes inactive, or through which you want transactions to appear. This field is used 
generically throughout the system. It could be a lease effective date, a price or cost effective date, a currency effective date, a tax rate effective 
date, or whatever is appropriate.

A description for the data items. Enter text in upper and lower case. The system uses this name to search for similar data items. To enter an 
alpha description, follow these conventions: Dates Begin all date fields with the word, Date. Amounts Begin all amount fields with the word, 
Amount. Units Begin all unit, quantity, and volume fields with the word, Units. Name Begin all 30-byte description fields with the word, 
Name. Prompt Begin any Y/N prompting field with the word, Prompt. Address Number  Begin all address numbers (employee, customer, owner) with the 
word, Address Number.
