Functional Description

Purpose
This function checks the existence of the business unit in the Business Unit master table (F0006).

Technical Specification
This business function verifies if the business unit exists in the Cost Center Master (F0006) file.  
It also retrieves the alternate description if it is found.  If no user preference is given then the 
regular business function is returned.
