GetUniqueId

Unique ID strings that are longer than a standard UUID (GUID), but are implemented in a way that provides a high level of confidence of 
uniqueness. See BSFN B9800982 GetUniqueID. This data dictionary type is used in conjunction with PROCUID, ASSOCUID, ACTUID, 
ARGUID, ENGUID, LOCSPUID, OBSERUID, and PINSTUID to generate the value that will be stored in a column with one of the listed types. Other 
"unique ID" data types, such as TaskID, are associated with routines, but these data types give a lower confidence level of uniqueness.
