This function checks to see if a OneWorld Data Source is in the Data Source Master (F98611).

1.2Setup Notes and Prerequisites
This function must always be mapped locally.  This does NOT mean client-only.  This means the 
function must run where it is called either client or server.  Therefore, this module is in the special 'Map 
Locally' OCM category as defined in the Object Librarian Object Codes.
