A code that you use to associate a time zone with a user's profile. This code represents the user's preferred time zone, and it must be a 
valid value from UDC table (H91/TZ) .

A value that indicates the user's preferred format for time-of-day. The user can choose from a 12- or 24-hour clock.

An option that indicates the order in which to read text. Valid values are: 0 The text is read from left to right. This is the default value. 1 The text 
is read from right to left.

A user defined code (01/LP) that specifies the language to use on forms and printed reports. Before you specify a language, a code for that 
language must exist at either the system level or in your user preferences.
