A code that specifies the action that is performed. Valid values are: A Add C Change

A flag indicating whether or not runtime error messaging will occur when an error message is issued from a business function.        0 = allow 
runtime error message handling.        1 = suppress runtime error message handling.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

Session Key is the identifier of a Sales Order Session. 

A number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or 
location.

A code that identifies a specific organization, fund, or other reporting entity. The company code must already exist in the Company 
Constants table (F0010) and must identify a reporting entity that has a complete balance sheet. At this level, you can have intercompany 
transactions. Note: You can use company 00000 for default values such as dates and automatic accounting instructions. You cannot use company 00000 
for transaction entries.

A number that identifies a record in commission tables.

The first of two salespeople who have responsibility for or can receive a commission on sales to this customer. You create this code by 
using the Address Book system or the Related Salesperson form.

The percentage commission rate that the system uses in computing commission liability on sales made by salesperson 01.

A value that specifies a commission amount. Enter a flat commission amount instead of a commission percentage. The per-unit amount 
must be entered to calculate commission amounts against the invoice, gross margin, or cost.

The dollar amount per unit of the item.

A code that designates whether the system calculates commission using Invoice Amount or Gross Margin.  No matter which item the 
system uses, you should consider an amount as the starting point in the commission calculation and apply loading factors, fixed costs, minimum 
margins and so on

The date and time when a sales team member begins working within a specific territory and/or industry grouping.

The date when the sales team member no longer works within a specific territory and/or industry grouping.

This flag determines whether a particular record on the Customer Master Commission Information (F42140) table will be used to calculate 
commissions.  If this flag is off, then the record is used only to indicate a Sales Team member, but is not used in any commissions processing. 

The number that identifies the batch or interactive program (batch or interactive object). For example, the number of the Sales Order Entry 
interactive program is P4210, and the number of the Print Invoices batch process report is R42565. The program ID is a variable length value. 
It is assigned according to a structured syntax in the form TSSXXX, where: T The first character of the number is alphabetic and identifies the 
type, such as P for Program, R for Report, and so on. For example, the value P in the number P4210 indicates that the object is a 
program. SS The second and third characters of the number are numeric and identify the system code. For example, the value 42 in the number P4210 
indicates that this program belongs to system 42, which is the Sales Order Processing system. XXX The remaining characters of the numer are 
numeric and identify a unique program or report. For example, the value 10 in the number P4210 indicates that this is the Sales Order Entry 
program.

The version id is the version identification when a record was added or updated in a table.

The Location or Machine Key indicates the name of the machine on the network (server or workstation).

Unique identifier to identify user who entered record.
