A line of text that holds the foreign or translated description for miscellaneous information held in OneWorld. For example, OneWorld Explorer and JDE User information is held in a translated text description once the translation of the base language has been completed.

A fixed length field used to store the foreign or translated description when being passed from a One World Application to an OLE or Active X control not supporting variable length strings. For example, used for "RTRD", which stores the One World Explore and JD User information in a 3000 variable length string.
