Legal Company is a code that groups one or more PeopleSoft companies.  This code contains the legal company. 

The RPG program name defined in Software Versions Repository file.  See the JDE Numbering Conventions in General Overview (section 
00.270) for a full explanation.  The numbering system is illustrated below.        T SS XXX         where T = Specific member ID number         SS = 
System number (e.g., 01 = Address Book)        XXX = Member type (e.g., P = Program, R = Report, etc.) Used in Financial Reporting Merge file 
(F1011) where field name is duplicated.

A code that identifies the legal document type of the transaction.

Issue place of emission of the legal document.

A user-defined set of specifications that control how applications and reports run. You use versions to group and save a set of user-defined 
processing option values and data selection and sequencing options. Interactive versions are associated with applications (usually as a 
menu selection). Batch versions are associated with batch jobs or reports. To run a batch process, you must choose a version.

Indicates the role of the person who will sign the document.

A number that specifies the sequence of information.

A number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or 
location.

A long Address Number for the Russian Address Book.

The company or person to whom billing or correspondence is addressed.

Indicates the status of the person who will sign a document.

A code that identifies and defines a unit of information. It is an alphanumeric code up to 8 characters long that does not allow blanks or 
special characters such as %, &, or +. You create new data items using system codes 55-59. You cannot change the alias.

A flag indicating whether or not runtime error messaging will occur when an error message is issued from a business function.        0 = allow 
runtime error message handling.        1 = suppress runtime error message handling.
