An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

A 4-digit number assigned to all errors. When this number is used in the error message facility (F7 from any form), you may enter a specific 
error message number and press F13 to automatically exit to the revisions program referenced within the text of the error message. This 
function applies only to error messages that refer to items such as user defined codes.

This error code indicates if any errors occurred during the creation of the Trip Document Detail (F4914) records by the Delivery Document 
Set Server program (XT4914).

The number that identifies the batch or interactive program (batch or interactive object). For example, the number of the Sales Order Entry 
interactive program is P4210, and the number of the Print Invoices batch process report is R42565. The program ID is a variable length value. 
It is assigned according to a structured syntax in the form TSSXXX, where: T The first character of the number is alphabetic and identifies the 
type, such as P for Program, R for Report, and so on. For example, the value P in the number P4210 indicates that the object is a 
program. SS The second and third characters of the number are numeric and identify the system code. For example, the value 42 in the number P4210 
indicates that this program belongs to system 42, which is the Sales Order Processing system. XXX The remaining characters of the numer are 
numeric and identify a unique program or report. For example, the value 10 in the number P4210 indicates that this is the Sales Order Entry 
program.

A code that indicates the activity you want to perform. Valid codes:     o Get - Retrieve the cache element     o Add - Add a cache element     o 
Update - Update a cache element     o Delete - Delete a cache element     o Delete All - Delete all cache elements     o Get Next - Retrieve the 
next cache element     o Add/Update - Add a cache element if it does not exist; Update a cache element if it does exist     o Terminate - 
Terminate Cache

An option that specifies the type of processing for an event.

The job number (work station ID) which executed the particular job.

The number of units that are physically in stock. The system displays the quantity on-hand in the primary unit of measure.

An alphanumeric code that identifies a separate entity within a business for which you want to track costs. For example, a business unit 
might be a warehouse location, job, project, work center, branch, or plant. You can assign a business unit to a document, entity, or person for 
purposes of responsibility reporting. For example, the system provides reports of open accounts payable and accounts receivable by 
business unit to track equipment by responsible department. Business unit security might prevent you from viewing information about business units 
for which you have no authority.

A license plate number is a unique value that identifies a collection of items and/or other license plates.  The license plate number is 
typically used to simplify movements and inventory transactions. 

An inventory item number. The system provides three separate item numbers plus an extensive cross-reference capability to other item 
numbers (see data item XRT) to accommodate substitute item numbers, replacements, bar codes, customer numbers, supplier numbers, and 
so forth. The item numbers are as follows:   o Item Number (short) - An eight-digit, computer-assigned item number     o 2nd Item Number - The 
25-digit, free-form, user defined alphanumeric item number     o 3rd Item Number - Another 25-digit, free-form, user defined alphanumeric item 
number

A number that identifies a lot or a serial number. A lot is a group of items with similar characteristics.

The storage location from which goods will be moved.

The date on which a lot of items expires. The system automatically enters this date if you have specified the shelf life days for the item on 
Item Master Information or Item Branch/Plant Information. The system calculates the expiration date by adding the number of shelf life days to 
the date that you receive the item. You can commit inventory based on the lot expiration date for items. You choose how the system commits 
inventory for an item on Item Master Information or Item Branch/Plant Information.

The date you received this purchase order line.

The quantity ordered by the customer expressed in the primary stocking unit of measure.

A user defined code (00/UM) that identifies the unit of measure that the system uses to express the quantity of an item, for example, EA 
(each) or KG (kilogram).

The number of units (for the unit of measure) that is not contained in the unit of measure structure. For dual units of measure, the system 
tracks both the primary quantity and the secondary quantity. Depending on how the picking processing option is set, the system tracks either the 
primary unit of measure or the secondary unit of measure for a unit of measure structure.

A user defined code (00/UM) that indicates an alternate unit of measure for the item.

A user defined code (41/I) that indicates how you stock an item, for example, as finished goods or as raw materials. The following stocking 
types are hard-coded and you should not change them:    0   Phantom item    B Bulk floor stock    C Configured item    E Emergency/corrective 
maintenance    F Feature    K Kit parent item    N Nonstock  The first character of Description 2 in the user defined code table indicates if the item 
is purchased (P) or manufactured (M).

The weight of goods currently in a location. The system calculates this amount from the weight from the item/unit of measure profile and the 
weight of the container if the level 1 unit of measure for this location detail has a storage container.

Gross weight unit of measure.

The gross cubic dimensions of the locations defined within the location dimension group, the gross cubic dimensions of an item as defined 
in the Unit Of Measure Definition (by item or group), or the gross cubic dimensions of a storage or shipping container. The unit of measure is 
defined in Branch/Plant Constants - Page 2 (P410012).

A user defined code (system 00/type UM) that identifies the unit of measure that the system uses to display dimensions for the warehouse. 
The system provides the ability to establish inches, centimeters, meters, and so forth,as a measuring standard.

A code (46/EQ) that identifies a storage container or a shipping carton. A storage container can be an open container where items are 
stored on the container (for example, a pallet), or a closed container where items are stored in the container (for example, a box). You use the 
Container and Carton Codes program (P46091) to define storage containers.

A user-defined code that enables the user to set a License Plate Status Code to the License Plate Number.  Examples of possible UDC 
Status Codes are: 01      Open 02     Close

A user-defined code to document the reason behind the License Plate Reason Code.  Examples of possible UDC Reason codes 
are: 01 Damaged 02       Scraped Parts 03       Error

A Parent License plate number is a unique value that identifies a collection of license plates.  The license plate number is typically used to 
simplify movements and inventory transactions.

A code that further qualifies the cross-referenced license number.

A cross-referenced license plate allows you to identify your internal license plate with a different number. 

The gross depth of the location(s) defined within the location dimension group, the gross depth of an item as defined in the Unit Of Measure 
Definition (by item or group), or the gross depth of a storage or shipping container. The unit of measure can be defined in Branch/Plant 
Constants - Location Definition.

The gross height of the location(s) as defined within the location dimension group, the gross height of an item as defined on the Unit Of 
Measure Definition form (by item or group), or the gross height of a storage container or shipping container. The unit of measure can be defined 
on the Branch/Plant Constants - Location Definition form.

The gross width of the location(s) as defined within the location dimension group, the gross width of an item as defined on the Unit Of 
Measure Definition form (by item or group), or the gross width of a storage container or shipping container. The unit of measure can be defined on 
the Branch/Plant Constants -Location Definition form.

A user defined code (system 00/type UM) that identifies the unit of measure that the system uses to display dimensions for the warehouse.
