Returns toe Stocking type from either the Item Master Data Sturcture or the Item Balance Data 
Structure.
If TableSelection = '1' uses Item Master
                                = '2' uses Item Balance.
If Item Balance was requested and no Data Structure exists then the Item Master value is used

maintenance    F Feature    K Kit parent item    N Nonstock  The first character of Description 2 in the user defined code table indicates if the item 
is purchased (P) or manufactured (M).
