Delete a record from F3404 for the input index/key combination.

1.2Setup Notes and Prerequisites
This function will delete rows from the F3404 table for the following index/key combinations.
Partial keys may be used.
Index:
1 = KIT, CMCU, EFFT, MMCU, ITM(5 keys)
2 = MMCU, KIT, CMCU, ITM (4 keys)
