1.Functional Description
1.1Purpose
This Business function will be called during SO change Mode, to retrieve work order number and its
corresponding work order status, then update work order status based upon the processing option Cutoff
and Hold Status from P48013 (Manufacturing Work Order Processing).
1.2Setup Notes and Prerequisites
When calling the Business functions the calling application is responsible for loading all the
appropriate keys and processing option version number.

1.During SO change mode, the business function was called by passing the keys (SDKCOO, SDDOCO,
SDDCTO) to retrieve work order number in F4211.
2.For the retrieved work order number, check work order status in F4801. Based upon the passed in
version number value, get processing option data Cutoff and Hold Status from P48013. If Hold Status is
blank, then return, else compare status with Cutoff data, if it is less than Cutoff data, update
status into Hold Status. If it is greater than Cutoff data, do not update data.
3.Update work order status to hold status.
