1.Functional Description
1.1Purpose
The purpose of this function is to check the media object table and determine if a media object is present. If a non-text media object is present, a '1' is
passed back to the calling object in the Attachments Exist parameter. If a text media object is present, a '1' is passed back to the calling object in the Text
Exists parameter.
This function is specific to media object key GT1701.
