Functional Description

Purpose
This Business Function will check for a directly updateable budget record.  If the flag, FDBU, in 
F0025 is set to "0", an error message will display.  This indicates that the ledger type is not an 
updateable budget.

Technical Specification
• Open F0025 (Ledger Type)
• Retrieve the F0025 record for the ledger type specified
• If the retrieval fails
•

• If the direct balance update ledger is equal to 0
