Depending on the tax information provided, the value of this field might be different from the gross or taxable amount of the transaction. For example, if you enter a voucher for the taxable amount of 1000 CAD using tax explanation C (sales plus VAT), and the tax rate area is set up for 7% VAT and 3% Sales, the system calculates the amount to distribute as 1, 030 CAD (1000 + 30).
