A symbol, such as blank, *, or /, that precedes the long address book number. You can search for an address book record by entering the
long identification number preceded by the designated symbol.

A symbol, such as blank, *, or /, that precedes a tax identification number such as a social security number, federal or state tax identification
number,sales tax number, and so on. You can search for an address book record by entering the tax identification number preceded by the
designated symbol.

A symbol, such as blank, *, or /, that precedes the short address book number. You can search for an address book record by entering the
short number preceded by the designated symbol.

szAlternateaddresskey ALKY char NONE NONE

A user-defined name or number that identifies an address book record. You can use this number to locate and enter information about the
address book record. If you enter a value other than the address book number (AN8), such as the long address or tax ID, you must precede
it with the special character that is defined in the Address Book constants. When the system locates the record, it returns the address book
number to the field. For example, if address book number 4100 (Total Solutions) has a long address TOTAL and an * distinguishes it from
other entries (as defined in the Address Book constants), you could type *TOTAL into the field, and the system would return 4100.

cSecureAddressBookPersonalData GFCF1 char OPT NONE

An option used to enable the Address Book personal data security feature. This feature protects personal data from being displayed for
certain users. This option only enables on the Address Book personal data security feature. To fully utilize this feature, you must also setup
your permissions in the Address Book Data Permissions application.

cAddressEffectiveDate EFS char OPT NONE

An option that indicates whether you are using the multiple addresses by effective date feature for an address book record. Valid settings
are: On The ssytem can maintain multiple addresses for each address book record, and identify an effective date for each address Off Each
address book record can have only one address

cEMailSecurity EMS char OPT NONE

An option that specifies whether e-mail security is active. Valid settings are: On A user cannot view the e-mail messages of another Off There
is no security to prevent a user from viewing the e-mail messages of another
