Functional Description

Purpose
This function will return the number of decimals that the Data Dictionary Item "AA" is set up for.

Setup Notes and Prerequisites
This function will open the Data Dictionary.  The value returned is an integer.


Technical Specification
Open the Data Dictionary
Fetch Item "AA" from the Data Dictionary
Assign the return value to be equal to the AA's decimals
Close the Data Dictionary
