Functional Description
Purpose
This function is for deleting records from the One World Variable Numerator work file (F09ui004).
The work file stores the numerators for each account allocated to. When the table is written to during
the Compute & Print (R093022), the batch created for the allocation must be cleared from the work
file.

Records are located and deleted individually by Batch Number & Type, using JDEDBDelete API.
